Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are dispatched the same afternoon. Delivery is by insured tracked courier (Bpost Priority or equivalent) and arrives within 1–2 business days. Free insured shipping on all orders over €150. Orders under €150 carry a flat shipping fee of €8.50. All shipments are handed over with a signature requirement and are fully insured for their declared retail value in transit.

We ship to all EU member states via DHL Express or equivalent insured tracked courier. Orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Free insured shipping on all orders over €250. A flat rate of €18 applies to orders below this threshold. Prices displayed on the website include Belgian VAT (21%). EU customers purchasing from a VAT-registered business may apply for a VAT adjustment at checkout — please contact us before placing your order.

We ship worldwide via DHL Express with full insurance and tracking. Delivery is typically 3–6 business days depending on destination. A flat shipping rate of €35 applies to all international orders. For orders above €2.000, we cover the shipping cost in full. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We strongly recommend confirming your local import thresholds before ordering. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or under-declare values.

Pieces tagged Made-to-Order are crafted individually in our Antwerp atelier and are not held in stock. These carry a production window of 3–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation, after which they are dispatched on the standard courier timeline. Bespoke commissions follow a separate consultation schedule agreed between you and the Maison. Dispatch timing will be confirmed at the conclusion of the design process. We will notify you by email the moment your piece leaves the atelier, including full tracking details.

If your piece is not right, we will make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any ready-to-wear item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, the piece must be: — Unworn and in its original condition — Returned in its original Maison Thaevia packaging — Accompanied by its original gemstone certificate (IGI, GIA, or HRD) where applicable — Free from any signs of alteration, resizing, or engraving To initiate a return, email us at returns@maisonthaevia.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide a prepaid insured return label within 24 hours on business days. Please do not send pieces without first receiving this label — we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit without our label.

The following cannot be returned or exchanged: — Made-to-order pieces crafted to your specification — Bespoke commissions designed in collaboration with the Maison — Pieces that have been resized, engraved, or altered after delivery — Loose diamonds or individual stones purchased separately In the event of a manufacturing defect on a made-to-order or bespoke piece, we will always remedy this at our cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected at the atelier (typically within 2 business days of receipt), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds are issued in full, including the original shipping cost for returns due to a fault or error on our part. For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping cost is not refunded. Exchanges are treated as a new order and dispatched once the return has been received and inspected. If there is a price difference, we will invoice or refund accordingly.

Every piece leaves the atelier in a Maison Thaevia presentation box, enclosed in a protective outer box suitable for transit. A certificate of authenticity, care card, and any accompanying gemstone certificates are included as standard. If you are purchasing as a gift, we can include a handwritten note at no additional charge. Add your message at checkout, or contact us after placing your order.
